About the Clinician.
Amy Reha, LCPC, NCC
I’m a mom first and foremost, with grown children and wonderful grandchildren who fill my life with joy. I share my days with an incredible partner, not only in life but also in work, which makes every moment an adventure. In our free time, we love camping and traveling, exploring new places and making memories together. Our two Boston Terriers keep us on our toes, always ready for playtime and bringing endless laughter to our home. I’m passionate about reading and learning, always diving into a great book and eager to share recommendations. I’d love to hear what you’re reading, too!
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I’m recognized for my expertise in trauma-focused therapy, particularly with teens and adolescents. I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, PTSD, and suicidal ideation, offering tailored interventions to foster healing and growth. With a robust background in counseling, I bring extensive training and experience to my practice, adeptly supporting individuals, families, and couples. I employ a diverse toolkit of evidence-based modalities, blending compassion with clinical skill to address both everyday stressors and complex psychological needs. My holistic approach emphasizes resilience, empowerment, and lasting change, making me a trusted ally for clients navigating life’s most difficult moments.
Passionate about mental health advocacy, I place great importance on providing inclusive services to all populations, including LGBTQ, BIPOC, and historically oppressed peoples, creating a safe, supportive space for everyone, informed by my deep understanding of trauma’s impact across age groups and relationships..
