At-Risk Youth (11–19).
At-Risk Youth (11–19): Pre-teens and teens facing emotional dysregulation, trauma, or behavioral challenges, supported through online Narrative Therapy, DBT-A, Motivational Interviewing, or experiential therapy (e.g., virtual art-based activities or guided imagery) to engage emotions and foster self-expression.
Caretakers of At-Risk Youth.
Caretakers of At-Risk Youth: Parents or guardians seeking strategies to support their child’s mental health and family cohesion via caregiver coaching, family therapy, or experiential techniques (e.g., role-playing or interactive family exercises) to enhance communication.
Teens (16–19).
Teens (16–19): facing academic, social, and mental health stressors are supported with Narrative Therapy, MI, DBT-A, and experiential therapy. Online sessions and caregiver involvement foster emotional regulation and independence.
Adults (18+).
Adults (18+): Individuals addressing anxiety, depression, or life transitions with experiential therapy (e.g., guided visualization or creative expression) integrated for deeper emotional exploration where suitable.
Women.
Adult females navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or stressors with CBT, Narrative Therapy, or experiential therapy (e.g., virtual expressive arts or somatic exercises) to foster healing and resilience.
Men.
Men: Adult males addressing stress, anger, or societal expectations through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, or experiential therapy (e.g., mindfulness-based activities or narrative re-enactments) to process emotions in a safe space.
