Amy Reha, LCPC
Owner, Mental Health Therapist
I’m a mom first and foremost, with grown children and wonderful grandchildren who fill my life with joy. I share my days with an incredible partner, not only in life but also in work, which makes every moment an adventure!
In our free time, we love camping and traveling, exploring new places and making memories together. Our four (!) Boston Terriers keep us on our toes, always ready for playtime and bringing endless laughter to our home. I’m passionate about reading, gardening, and learning new ways to stay present and grounded. My recent endeavors include sourdough baking and watercoloring. I love to find time to read a book, feeling the heaviness of it in my hands and smelling the pages.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 2016, I have worked extensively in trauma-focused therapy. I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and suicidal ideation, offering tailored interventions to foster healing and growth. I employ a diverse toolkit of evidence-based modalities, blending compassion with clinical skill to address both everyday stressors and complex psychological needs.
My holistic-eclectic approach emphasizes resilience, empowerment, and lasting change, making me a trusted ally for clients navigating life’s most difficult moments. I am passionate about mental health advocacy. I place great importance on providing inclusive services to all populations, including LGBTQ, BIPOC, and historically oppressed peoples, creating a safe, supportive space for everyone, informed by my deep understanding of trauma’s impact across age groups and relationships.
